He's the best player on their line. I doubt he gets suspended though.

He may be suspended, but I am not sure it will be in time for the Bill's game.
If lawyer Milloy faces possible suspension than so does Kelly.

I hope he plays. I know Oakland is a bad team, but I wont feel comfortable unless we beat a healthy team.

That dude on jags who got busted sniffing coke, Matt Jones still hasn't been suspended either. So i doubt it.

Yes... a field breathalizer is not admissible in any court.

You can plead not guilty to anything. You have no reason to plead guilty as you aren't gaining anything from it.

Innocent until proven guilty. The NFL will not act until the courts do. He will play against Buffalo.
