Bush finished the 23-8 victory for the Raiders, getting his first carries in a real game since breaking his leg in the opener of his final year at Louisville in September 2006. After missing almost two full seasons, Bush could be the featured back against the Bills depending on the health of McFadden and Fargas.

Also states that Kwame Harris, their starting LT, is out with a knee injury, and Javon Walker is nursing a sore hamstring.

Give it to 'im Schob!

This just keeps getting better, the betting line should be like 13 or more points with all these injuries. The coach is confused and thinks he's famous and the players are working a system of failures and injuries.

All in all, the raiders are a mess and ripe for a plucking.

Lane Kiffin. He made a statement that he "feels like Brad Pitt" because of all the publicity he's been getting lately.

I wouldn't overlook Michael Bush. He's a bowling ball.

Of course Fargas is injured. He's on my fantasy team.

I lost Nate Burleson for the season in week 1.

I don't overlook him either. As long as we don't let him wear us down, we should be fine.

I bet the Bills don't sack Russell more than two times.

With Harris out Schobel should have 2 alone. This is a team that is two years removed from having one of the worst o-lines in the history of the NFL.

The Bills also have issues tackling. They struggled to bring down Garrard a few times and it won't be easier trying to take down a 300 pound QB.

Agreed. But at the same time Garrard is a more mobile than Jamrc. There is going to be a few times that we miss tackles on him due to his size, but i still think we should be in there backfield all game.

I'm guessing that the Bills tackling issues are inversely proportional to the temperature.

Schobel's still on the roster? Are you sure? I watched both games and don't recall seeing him anywhere near the QB.

You're crazy. We may have had issues tackling last game, but I would be willing to bet the 105 degree weather (or atleast what it felt like inside the stadium) had alot to do with it. I bet the Bills tackle better this week. And despite Bush being a "bowling ball" as was described by someone here, it's easier to tackle him before he gets going or by his feet, than to catch up to a speedy RB in McFadden. I'll take Bush over McFadden for opponent anyday!!!

Seriously? Bad tackling because it was hot? I've heard it all now.

He played really well agianst the Hawks. Although i agree with Op, last week he wasn't very much of a factor.

It's all karma :)

You don't lose 17 players to IR and then have a repeat.

Uhhh...you ever been in really hot steamy weather? It makes you want to move less...the air is also harder to breathe - especially when you are running around non-stop like the players are doing. It's especially harder if you are not accustomed to it. Didn't you see the news back on...Tuesday (I think) ? The Bills were still recovering from the heat???

It got me thinking, it must have been REALLY hot all last season too.
