I don't think you can say if it's definitively in or out from that image, but the ref was right there and called it in originally, so it has to stand.
Edwards needs to throw that ball a little earlier, but great job by Hardy to get both feet down since that's not something rookies have a lot of experience with.Comment

The NFL Films camera angle to me, looked like the dude had some major paint on his foot, however those cameras aren't apart of the instant replay footage. But whatever, it was still a good catch.
