Our Biggest Glaring Need this Offseason is.....

Go ahead and argue all you want but our biggest offseason need next season is Center
Melvin Fowler is a joke up the middle, he is the main reason Trent had trouble sitting in the pocket
He is the main reason we cant run between the tackles,
He is the main reason we have trouble pulling are guards
He is the main reason Trent gets hit just before he throws the ball
He is too small and too weak to play the position
I dont want to get super negative but he is consistenctly being beat up the middle and is the major reason we are struggling to consistently run the ball

I watched 5 different times were Fowler miffed his guy and he came straight in
i would not mind at all if the Bills next season took a Center depending on were we are drafting i am hoping in the 20s in the first round, or with our 2nd round pick

Assuming we sign Evans, Peters and Greer in the offseason we only have 3 needs going into the offseason TE, C and OLB

A center has been in the cards for a long time.

Fowler is decent, but by no means can use ever confuse him for a dominating center.

It's a shame LeCharles Bentley is not healthy.

I would really like to see Duke Preston get a chance at C. He looked good in pre-season and IMO, Fowler is awful!

If he was even decent he'd be starting before Fowler.

Jason Peters Blows. I've already sad it but, we could easily be 1-2 right now thanks to his f' ups. If he doesn't get his act together i say tackle.

If he was even decent he'd be starting before Fowler.

Duke Preston blows at Guard, but he's a decent Center. They played around and gave him a chance during pre-season and training camp and he looked good. Hopefully, they will give him a chance in the regular season.

Its on my list of needs but its no better than our 4th highest:

1) OLB- Crowell is gone
2) TE- We still are lacking here
3) DE- Schobel isnt doing anything yet, Kelsay and Denney are worse
4) C

Theres no way around the fact that we had a 1000+ yard rookie last year and our lowest sacks given up in a season in a decade at least.

Thats an easy way to say our o-line is pretty damn good.

Furthermore, you probably wont find a single center worthy of a 1st round pick, and none if any that are much bigger than Fowler.

i agree but i will also says pending were our picks line up a right de wouldnt be bad schobel is good but getting old and of course that depends on how ellis comes in to consideration. i believe that our needs go in order c,te,lb,de. but just wanted to throw that out there.

we need to upgrade the running back position. I love watching Lynch run but he's not going to last the punishing runners like that usually have short careers. We can't afford to be ready to make a run and have that position go to crap.
