Who's Your MVP in this VERY early season

    Sure..
Lots of candidates to choose from, and of course its only been three games. But just for the hell of it.. Who's been your Bills MVP after three games?

You're ONLY ALLOWED to pick one.

My pick is Marcus Stroud. He's the classic example of stats dont mean ****. He has singlehandedly made the defense better. Schobel, Kelsay and especially Kyle Williams all look 10x better this year with Stroud there. It's freeing up POZ to make a lot more plays, not 6 yards down the field like Fletcher had to always make when he had **** in front of him at DT.

our 3rd down success rate is through the roof, we havent allowed 100 yards on the ground yet, and he's the single biggest reason why. I think he's even better than advertised before he came here.

Honorable mention to Trent Edwards and Roscoe Parrish.

Marshawn is another candidate. This guy turns a lot of broken plays into first downs all by himself.

Hard to not think it's Stroud. It's like he single handedly changed the culture and attitude of the defense. Remember how whitner said he had a big party the night the trade went through?

Honorable mention to Schonert...I think he's changing the culture of our offense as a whole, and he knows how to utilize a smart QB

        Agreed on Stroud.

Without him the run defense would not look half as good as it has.

I would consider Edwards and Lynch, but I already knew what they were capable of. I expected them to perform this well.

Stroud was running on his past reputation as a pro bowler, but he was categorized as damanged goods.

He's proven that's not the case.

218 yards rushing, 57 receiving, 4 TDs, and more heart than you can ever measure...

Marshawn has been the most consistent player on this team so far in my book.

Its very hard for me to say this and you make a great point about stroud, and for that he gets my honorable mention

but i have to go with edwards... his play late in the last two games was outstanding. engineering two game winning drives so late in the game in consecutive games is something we have not seen here in a LONG time
            RIP Tommy D!

              Very true.
He's been a monster.. If he doesnt convert a couple of those second half third downs basically on his own, we dont win yesterday.

Can you imagine what his numbers would look like if he had actually had a hole to run through on occasion?

Edwards, he has engineered two game winning comebacks he has helped change the outlook on this season.

And if I do pick more than one, will I be in trouble?

It is hard to not say Stroud. The defense is 100% different with him out there.

As well as Lynch has played, he has about 4 really bad pass drops and he can't do that. He also got blown up big time yesterday on a blitz (by a CB!) that led to a hurried pass.

well under that rationale you can eliminate Edwards, as 6 of the 12 qtrs he's played in have been sub-par.

Trent Edwards! For many reasons already mentioned!

I am very anal about eligible recievers catching passes that hit them in the hands.

I'm not trying to stir the pot and Im not hating on Whitner, he's been decent.

But I'd have hard time even putting him in my top ten right now.
