Youboty for FS?

Im starting to think that Youboty should start at FS. We need him on the field at all times, and hes one of our best tacklers. I think he could be a probowl S.

Don't see it really, I dont know that he can play CF...plus he's not a big hitter which we need back there imo.

ko is doing just fine. im excited about Youbotys progress also, but wouldnt go as far as saying he should start at safety

i dont like the idea ko is doing good and we may need him to be a starter a cb in a year or two whenever contracts come up.

I get what he is saying....hes saying youboty didnt do much because he wasnt allowed to be on the field...due to raider formations....i dont remember them running 3 wide sets more than 4 times that game...so yeah youboty didnt play much...but he did make plays when he had the chance....which is incredible...because he is really a man on a mission...he has made really solid plays out there...every freaking week....

but to be at FS....thats pushing it....

Youboty has become a very valuable nickle back. That's far more important than stuffing him in as a starter.

I love our DB depth and our starting safeties just the way they are.

We're 3-0 and the defense is playing very well. It would be extremely unwise to sit Ko and move a guy to FS who has never played the position.

having a good nickle cb is critical in having a top defense. almost all teams use 3 and 4 wr sets a lot during a game.

it is especially critical in third down defense.. and youboty's play is one of the main reasons that we have the number one 3rd down defense in the nfl.

The only reason I suggested this is because I think hes become a top 5 D player for us and I believe a player of that status should start. My top 5 1. Stroud 2. Kelsay 3. McGee 4. Pos 5. Williams 6. Youboty (ok, top 6)

It would weaken us at 2 positions: FS, where a totally inexperienced guy would take over for Ko, and nickel back, where a totally inexperienced guy (probably McKelvin) would take over for Youboty.
