This is ridiculous...the Patriots are taking credit for the way the whole draft worked!

lol that is so rediculous, TD was influenced only by members of the bills staff and scouts, NOT by agents or other teams! TD doesnt play that way.

Who's crappin' who?

:snicker:

Meanwhile, sources indicated the Bills were also poised to make a run at Texas A&M defensive tackle Ty Warren, whom the Pats took at No. 13 after swapping picks with Chicago. It appears the Pats made that late trade with the Bears to protect them from an end-around by Donahoe

That team and there frigging fans are so dilusional. Theyve moved there all pro DT to DE and are putting rookie Warren at NT and switching to a 3-4. I hope this move bites them in the butt. I hate that team top to bottom.

Fine with me. When we win the Super Bowl with Bledsoe they can take credit for that too. :)

Nothing like a hometown newspaper catering to what the fans want to hear.

Where's the disclaimer on that article that says it was commissioned by Patriot team officials. The truth is that the draft is an interactive affair and all teams react to some extent to what other teams are doing. Were the Bills interested in Ty Warren? Probably. Would they have taken him, or made a move up if he were still available after the Patriots' pick? Only the Bills brass can answer that, and we know they won't. Would the Patriots have taken Robertson or Sullivan, had they been available, instead of Warren, who was an underachiever throughout his college career? Undoubtably! Thus, the Patriots were reacting to the flow of the draft and what other teams ahead of it were doing. Duh. That's the way it works.
