Top WR in the draft (Donnie Avery) elevated to the starting line-up....

The Rams have elevated rookie Donnie Avery to the starting lineup over Dane Looker and Eddie Kennison More shakeup in St. Louis. Avery isn't ready for the promotion after a lost training camp and preseason, but he showed promise with three catches in Week 3. He's worth grabbing in deep settings. Still, it'd be unwise to expect much more than 50 yards against the Bills this week. Perhaps Avery's blazing wheels will alleviate some of the focus on Torry Holt opposite him.
Nothing to worry about, he is fast though.

Isn't this the 5th or 6th lineup change they've made in the last couple of days? I guess 0-3 with an average point differential of -29 will do that for you.
Should have known, way back in 1960 when we drafted Richie Lucas Number 1, that this would be a long, hard ride. But who could have known it would be THIS bad?

Trust me, this is the owner's doing more than it is that of Linehan.

Yea how many new starters are they going to field, this is like a pre-season game.
I remember that one fateful day when Coach took me aside. I knew what was coming. "You don't have to tell me," I said. "I'm off the team, aren't I?"
"Well," said Coach, "you never were really ON the team. You made that uniform you're wearing out of rags and towels, and your helmet is a toy space helmet.
You show up at practice and then either steal the ball and make us chase you to get it back, or you try to tackle people at inappropriate times."
          It was all
true what he was saying. And yet, I thought something is brewing inside the head of this Coach.
He sees something in me, some kind of raw talent that he can
mold. But that's when I felt the handcuffs go on.

I did the same thing on one of my fantasy teams. Down 0-3, I had a huge shake up and traded half my team.

            It's a desperation move.
