The Rams have elevated rookie Donnie Avery to the starting lineup over Dane Looker and Eddie Kennison More shakeup in St. Louis. Avery isn't ready for the promotion after a lost training camp and preseason, but he showed promise with three catches in Week 3. He's worth grabbing in deep settings. Still, it'd be unwise to expect much more than 50 yards against the Bills this week. Perhaps Avery's blazing wheels will alleviate some of the focus on Torry Holt opposite him.Nothing to worry about, he is fast though.

I did the same thing on one of my fantasy teams. Down 0-3, I had a huge shake up and traded half my team.

It's a desperation move.
