    So given what you have seen so far...

    .....and assuming this year we finish in the 9-11 win range with a playoff appearance.

    How do you think our first 2 picks in the draft should go? What do you believe our greatest weakness is? Dont give a full offseason "this is what id do scenario" just a sort of note about what will help us most.

    Crowell is all but gone, and regardless of what anyone says I still believe DE to need attention.

    Thankfully we are quite young and have a great foundation going, personally I hope our FA activity is minimal and we lock up some of our pieces long term.

    At anyrate, I am going to go defence once again. I realize both C and TE are a big need.

    Greg Hardy at DE, maybe cushing at OLB, Curry at OLB or perhaps Orakpo at DE/LB.

    With our second pick I like a big TE like Brandon Pettigrew.

    Anyway I didnt mean to get into specific names, moreso the point was to get a view on what everyone views as our biggest hole at the moment.

    I haven't been thrilled with our offensive lines protection, and our lack of ability to get to the qb defensively. OL, DE.

      If there is a TE out there worthy of the pick, take him.

      If not, look at LB. Right now, the Bills only have one worthy back-up in Dig (Bowen should recover and was looking good). So, despite LB not being critical in their defense I would still be tempted.

      There appear to be no centers worthy of that high of a pick, so I guess that is a pass.

      DE might be next on my list, depending on how well Simpson performs.

        I got to go captain obvious here. If there is a center available thats worth a crap, you take him. If not you take best available at LBer or safety.

          DE- Schobel is washed up
          C- Fowler sucks
          TE- this has been a chronic need for this team that never seems to be properly addressed
          LB- Ellison is ok but we can do better, and we need depth on the outside
          G- depending on how Butler evolves over the season and who is available.
          WR- this may be higher if Evans doesn't re-sign.

              I defer until after FA. We're getting close to the point where we can address a couple immediate holes through FA and draft for the future, not current holes in the starting lineup.

              I don't want to have to see a rookie LB starting and 10x that on a rookie center. That being said, I'd like to see a situation where we can address DE and OL right away.

                C - Since Fowler should be gone
                G - Not sold on Butler yet

                  Could you imagine? A draft and offseason where we only have a few holes to fill? Seems like the past two years we've had to fill craters.

                          what a player says off the cuff on the field during play is COMPLETELY different than what they say to the media after the game. It's a reaction situation vs a contemplated and deliberate situation.
