In a special two-part series, Fantasy Football insider Michael Fabiano takes a team-by-team look at the 2003 NFL Draft and its effect on the upcoming Fantasy season.

Click here for a recap of the NFC.

Baltimore Ravens
Terrell Suggs, DE, Arizona State (Round 1): His value dropped slightly after a few poor offseason workouts, but Suggs ended up in a great situation with Baltimore. He joins a defense that already includes playmakers such as linebackers Ray Lewis and Peter Boulware, cornerback Chris McAlister and safety Ed Reed. Suggs is a great pass rusher, and his presence should improve the Fantasy value of the Ravens defense.

Notes: California quarterback Kyle Boller (Round 1) won't make an immediate Fantasy impact, but he does warrant keeper consideration. The Ravens will use Chris Redman as their starter, but Boller could see action if Redman struggles during the regular season. ... Georgia running back Musa Smith (Round 3) will compete with Chester Taylor during training camp as the immediate backup to Jamal Lewis. If he wins the spot, Smith will be worth selecting as insurance for Fantasy owners who land Lewis in the early rounds.
