this is exactly why players want to much upfront money. you never know when a play like that comes along and takes everything away from you.

i hope he is doing well and gets better soon.

i also wonder if from the looker hit and this hit if the nfl will take the TMQ article seriously about mandating the concussion helments.

Good to hear.

He is most definitely out for the season.i think he coulkd possibly be back next week concussions can sometimes be decieving sometimes... sometimes they look like they were not bad and its serious or the other way around but we wont know til tomorrow. and keep in mind the nfl does not treat concussions very seriously regardless of what they say they are gonna do everything possible to have their players playing

You need ~ 2 week minimum without symptoms.

News: Preliminary X-rays on Boldin, who was carted off the field Sunday after a helmet-to-helmet collision, revealed nothing and he was moving his extremities, the Arizona Republic reports. Boldin is still being evaluated, however, and was being taken to a hospital for precautionary reasons.
Spin: "He's alert," Cardinals coach Ken Whisenhunt said. "He's talking and moving all his extremities. He asked to get up and the doctors won't let him." So far, it looks like Boldin has escaped serious injury, but his Week 5 status could be affected, if, for example, a concussion is one the residual effects of the collision.
