We beat another NFL team away from home by 17 points, was it close when it mattered?

Only the first half was ugly.

The second half was 25-0 Bills.

The game is 4 quarters long; you have to take the whole thing into account. I can remember MANY games where the Bills were great for the first 50 minutes of the game and then lost. In fact, last year the Bills were ahead in two games at the 59:59 marker and LOST.

I'll take an "ugly" 31-14 win any day.

In my 45+ years of being a Bills fan, I've seen way too much of that. This year's team plays for 60 minutes. The people who ***** that they played a bad first half would be *****ing even louder had we been up 14-6 and then lost 31-14.

That's the scarey thing about this Bills team. They're not even close to firing on all cylinders yet.

1) Piss poor tackling for 3 qrtrs
2) Offensive line needs to get their heads out of their ass. Edwards can't take too many games like that, and Lynch should have larger holes when cutting back.
3) Play calling. Need more dinks and dunks to Lynch and Jackson. Screens keep a defense hoenst and allows Edwards more time to throw the ball.

Hardy needs a lesson with one-on-one coverage. Trent never looked his way again after Hardy dropped those 2 dynamite passes in the endzone.
