All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
There is work to be done and things to be learned. We are going to try to get the old look back - or something close to it. We also know there are bugs. A thread will be started to report bugs and then we can pass those onto the host.
Thank you for all the patience and support with this - hopefully this will greatly reduce the crashes and other site issues we have had lately.
Please use this thread to report any issues you come across

why because he's happy that we're 4-0? Because he takes all NFL level talent seriously? Or is it because his world isn't rainclouds and doom when the Bills are at the top of the AFC?

Christ, you are the queerest person in the history of Bills fanhood. I swear to god I would stomp you.
Check out the combined records of the teams that these guys have beat.
Giants ranked 1 in most power polls - 3-9 (St. Louis and Cincy)
Dallas – 5-7
Wash – 7-5 (The only one over .500 based on the Dallas win)
Tenn – 3-12
Denver - 5-7
And Cleveland has lost to teams totaling 8-3
Cincy – 10-4
Oakland – 9-3
So maybe, the teams that have good records have played teams with bad records because they beat them? And maybe the bad teams have played against teams with good records because they lose to them?
This is high tech math stuff here, but it may just be true! I’ll keep you all posted.

those teams we beat have bad records, because we beat them. Those teams lost games.
i'll buy the record debate later in the season when more data is in there. but for now, if you played 4 games and lost 1 game. you lost 25% of your games. there isn't a curve yet. there are teams who have losing records and teams with winning records. later in the season there will be some nuiance and you can make this argument. for now, it just makes no sense
One thing that bothers me is the injuries also people talk about, Seattle without 2 WR's and the Jags losing 2 lineman.
The Bills were without Angelo Crowell who decided to get surgery when we start preparing for Seattle and Jason Peters who decides not to come to Buffalo until the 2nd week of the season.
Last year these guys could arguably be called our best offensive and defensive players.
Now if we beat Arizona we will hear Boldin is out, but I bet we don't hear how McGee is out.
I get a kick out of people listing the good teams in the AFC and will list Jacksonville but then say Buffalo is 4-0 but have beaten up on teams like Oakland and St Louis.

Well said Patrick. Some of us here realize this, unfortunately... a lot don't.
