Al Davis has had problems with personnel throughout his entire tenure. I don't blame Kiffin, but I do not have the entire story. It just seems like any catch that goes to Oakland is destined for drama and career changers.

Maybe I'm gullible, but I thought Davis came across as pretty straightforward and honest in his press conference. I will say this, after hearing it, I wouldn't want 'Cuse to even consider going after Kiffin anymore.

Davis is to BLAME in this one.
He should have never hired Kiffin in the 1st place, I don't think he was ready to take a head coach job in the NFL, and especially OAKLAND where DAVIS is always breathing down your neck, and lets face it the RAIDERS are not a good Football Team yet.....Its sucks for a young coach like that and to even try to geta job after your old boss basically is throwing you under the BUS!!!!

Al Davis did Kiffin dirty!!! He blames all the coaches and doesnt give them authority to do there own thing!!
