Youboty- well, hes starting tomarrow.
Jauron- could win COTY
McCargo- um
Fewell- Top 5 D this year
Defense- top 5 this year
Royal- 1 TD in 4 games, and only 70 yards. Not great, but he gets us by.
Reed- Our best 3rd down, and end of game reciever
Whitner- 19 solo tackles and 1 sack in 4 games so far.

I'm still calling for Fowler's head, he isn't even serviceable.

Lol, Fowler is aweful because the rest of the team around him is that much better. He sticks out quite a bit for his performance as well.

Patience is not one of the great virtues of this board.

We need an upgrade at center. No real way around it.

I'll post my comments/opinions on each..

Jauron- What ******s called for his head last year(fans)? Seriously! I was super stoked at his high level of players play considering the injuries. Those injuries and JP getting hurt we're enough for me to understand a 5-11//6-10 season.. But they pulled through.. Impressive, most impressive... DC is the most worthy coach we've had since Wade P.. And Wade mighta been riding the wave of Marvs team....

--Josh Reed--Man wtf!! If you did a search for "Josh Reed" just by Marvelous(me :) ) Then you would see i've been backing/supporting him for years..The guy is a hard worker and career slot reciever.. I personally LOVE this type of player who we draft and they play their whole career for us without ever seeing Hawaii.. I call them "The Phil Hansens".. Reed is probably TRENTS most reliable reciever.. Evans gets blanketed, #2 is suspect & Reed gets open and gets great RAC/YAC etc...I like him! Fans need to rerspect the players who are in his/this category..Chris Kelsay,Kyle Williams ETC ETC.. They are reliable but their max potential is just being a capable, reliable starter. Nothing more..The downside of this is that we don't get the chance to score a home run with a rookie at thier positions. Well atleast LE....Ryan Denney & Chris Kelsay are a very reliable combo.. I'm super stoked that BOTH are resigned longterm....

--Fewell--Man did he ever embrace POZ! Besides the obvious Bobby April the only coach i like more then him is Tyke Tolbert. He really makes our wide outs perform!!! But Fewells D is well schemed(sp?) Lets face it, McGee & our starting FS are average at best. McGee is a stellar tackler in the shadow/mold of Winfield,Clements but he gets burned alot. No doubt McGee plays the ball though. Maybe thats why he gets toated sometimes..But Fewell really has these young kids geling. And without Crowell.. Crowell was set to breakout with national recognition IMO. He's gotten high level of play from players who probably woulda busted under a lesser coach...Greer,Ellison,Kyle no-neck Williams,,George Wilson,Youboty etc etc...

---Jabari Greer--I added him---Is our BEST cornerback & by seasons end he will be a star corner..I'll use Madden rating for my example. By seasons end(barring injury) im gonna put him at 91-93.. He is our SHUTDOWN guy. WHo should be on every teams #1 wideout.. He played so awesome monday night against the Cowboys. Not to mention he owned T.O on that 2 point goaline attempt...
--Greer deserves all our respect for the fact that he is now an elite CB...i HAVE DISREGARDED/FORGOTTEN his draft status, or lack of. UDFA.. We have high pedigree corners on the roster who are supposed to beat him out. Like McKelvin,Corner,Youboty etc.. All i'm sayin is i notice Greer is probably our most underrated player and top 10 most underrated player in the league..
----Solomin Wilcox- Is he the commentator who calls the Bills "The biylls"?? If so & i do think that's him,,,he likes to praise him and it was his praise last season that got me to thinking & start focusing on Greer whenever i would re-watch a game etc....

-Donte Whitner had no business being trashed by fans either...He is a run supporter/tackler. Not the Ed Reed INT type, or the Polamalou speed sideline -to- sideline type.. He is the Roy WIlliams type who is reliable.. Maybe #11 is too high for that kind of safety but as of right now, he is really good and by seasons end & going into next year hje could progress into a star safety.. Worst case scenrio is he stays As-Is and that's still a very worthy starter imo... I admit that i always wanted us to have a SS like we had in Henry Jones. Or the likes of Polamalou,Rodney,Ed Reed,Hamlin.. Those sideline -to- sideline types are fun to watch and really help out your team for finesse reasons,,BUT. & A HUGE BUT, They are not more important then a run supporting SS. IMO Run Supporters Win games, where the finesse fast INT ones are just pretties who get primetime & all the glory etc...Whitner is a boring tackling machine who punishes..Me likey!

--Robert Royal---Very Solid..Marv wanted a Blocking TE And Royal is a pretty awesome reciever for a blocker..If ya look at him that way then he's a pretty decent reciever eh? I/we KNOW Trent likes him...
---I keep thinking of Pat Moran & his TE man love & it drives me nuts.. For all that dudes wisdom, man, he sure is lost with TE value...
---Vernon Davis -Greg Olson.. BOTH ESP Vernon Davis we're rediculous dreams/wishes etc... NO way in our right mind would we ever use a top pick on a TE.. That's like drafting a guard or center, or LE, or Free Safety that early...Ya just don't do it. I was amazed at in awe at Vernon Davis combine numbers, speed, strength galore & awesome hands etc. But bad teams have no right whatsoever to use a glamour pick like that...New England drafted Ben Watson & Daniel Graham in the 1st round and that was their right to do so because their roster was worthy enough to allow it..We woulda been sucky but with a super highly paid TE who most likely woulda underachieved...And lets look back at awesome Vern Davis. Is he hurt or just lost in mediocrrity land? I'd like more then Robert Royal at the position but i also would like Royal to still be here for our BIG sets when we run or some short yardage etc..He sure looked awesome on that awesome TD catch...

-----FULLBACKS--Since we don't,didn't,WONT draft a highly rated TE then why didn't we score one of these beast FULLBACKS like Jacob Hester,Peyton Hillis,,Owen Schmitt,Felton, etc etc?? Wouldn't one of them made up for Robert Royals lack of speed? Trent LOOOVVVEEESSS to dumpoff pass. Owen Schmitt is a beast/warrior so maybe he didnt fit there, but he's pretty cool so i added him :p
-But i think we COULD afford to draft a highly rated FB next year since we most likely WILL-NOT draft a TE that's earlier then the 4th round.. Brian Leonard woulda beeen perfect but it's not our fault that ST. Louis really & i mean REALLY paid alot for him. Early second if i recall.. That's expensive,,,but the kid did hammer out a 100 yard rushing game. LMAO! That's crazy for a FB, even a prototype FB.. But pretty amazing for a FB who is mostly just known for his recieving skills.....thought's on this & Fullbacks in the draft etc???? I bring this up because three things.
-1- i love the rookie Fullbacks & im playing EA's HeadCoach and the top 4 are pretty awesome.
-2- i just saw a special story on Owen Schmitt & the kid is a freaking beast. The kind we woulda instantly fell in love with. INSTANTLY!
-3-We just cut Barnes & signed someone else..MIDSEASON! Proof,,,FACT,,,we shoulda,should draft one! a 5th rouner one.

---Can someone list what rounds and teams ETC ETC The mentioned rookie FULLBACKS we're taken/drafted?? please & thanks...

---GO BILLS 5-0 BABY LOVE THE SOUND BUT dont wanna jinx us....

I'm pretty sure we were calling for Fowler's head last year. Funny, we are calling for his head this year.

Our top draft needs:

Linebacker - to replace Crowell and add starter in place of Ellison
Center - Fowler doesn't suck total ass per se, but sucks enough to upgrade
Safety - need depth there
Guard - could use an upgrade on depth
QB - JP is gone, Hamdan is not the answer
DT - need depth there, McCargo sucks

How many picks will we have next year?

McCargo is a more than serviceable back up. No need for another dt but your other positions are spot on

I would add TE, unless Schouman/Fine develop, and DE if Ellis doesn't look like the real deal. Schobel and Denney are getting older.

C,G & OLB are a must.

I like Ellison as a spot player but we need a bigger body. Fowlers contract is up and he should be gone. Butler was extended & I'm not sure why. He's not playing well at all.

Wasn't Bowen suppose to be this player?
Center - Fowler doesn't suck total ass per se, but sucks enough to upgrade
I rather upgrade via FA here
Safety - need depth there
Wilson, Scott, Wendling isn't enough?
Guard - could use an upgrade on depth
QB - JP is gone, Hamdan is not the answer
would rather have a vet here too
DT - need depth there, McCargo sucks
I wouldn't say sucks, but he's not showing the same flashes he was late last season

How many picks will we have next year?

I think we have the full 7 picks, I think we traded one of last years 3rd and 5th rounders for Stroud.
