All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
He's on the roster, but has not been activated for any of the first 4 games. He is obviously behind Copeland Bryan on the depth chart.
Should have known, way back in 1960 when we drafted Richie Lucas Number 1, that this would be a long, hard ride. But who could have known it would be THIS bad?
He'll hit the weights, practice hard and eventually earn some playing time.
Youboty was a 3rd round pick. It's now year 3 and you'll see him play a ton today.
I agree. Depth is a beautiful thing, and also the reason we haven't had to rush McKelvin and Hardy into action, as we had to do with high picks in the past.

Angelo Crowell also did not play his rookie year. Since it is Ellis' rookie year I am not concerned. If he is not playing next year, we can be concerned.
I have absolutely no information on this other than just my own personal feeling, but I think he's going to be activated in place of Bryan soon, possibly as early as today.
I like Ellis. I think he has the talent of a first round draft pick, just never put it all together at Virginia Tech. He played well during the preseason, but with Schobel, Denney, Kelsay, Bryan, and the long snapper, Neill officially being a DE, the Bills can't dress 6 DEs a game.
We'll see him soon enough. It is nice having depth and being relatively healthy, though. Around this time last year we had Neill and Jason Jefferson starting on the defensive line.
