How long does it take to recover from a concussion?

Anyone know approximately how long it could take Trent Edwards to bounce back from his concussion? It's a good thing he can just concentrate on his recovery this week.

You guys are insane if you think its a sure thing that Trent is going to go against San Diego. Do you know how seriously the NFL is taking concussions now, especially to the QB's? I wouldnt be shocked if we dont see Trent starting again till after the Miami game. This is nothing to try and be cute with, if he back in there too early the next hit could be the last of his career. He will be about at the very least as long as he needs to and then maybe one more week for good measure. If this is as bad as that hit looked to be he's going to be out for a while.
