Tons of tickets still unsold for Bills/Fins game in Toronto

Just went on the ticketmaster page for the Bills in Toronto game - you can still get 15 seats together in various places around the stadium. My friend who works for ticketmaster said there are 8,000 tickets remaining for the game. If this doesn't sell out would they black the game out in Buffalo??

Are games blacked-out in Toronto if they don't sell-out in Buffalo?

Blacking it out in Buffalo was be asinine. I cannot believe that would be the case.

If the game was blacked-out in Buffalo, more people would probably go to the bars....

Then the bars could make up some "lost" money.

The Toronto game will be on TV in Buffalo regardless if it sells out.

The NFL has no arrangements for TV blackouts with games played out of the country. The game played in mexico, the European game and Toronto fall out of the blackout zones.

Why would they black out a game to promote the sport in other countries anyways?? It's designed to promote the sport, so we'll black it out??

Common sense gives you the answer, normally.

Not sure how blacking out the game in the US would hurt the promotion of the NFL out-of-country?
