Obviously you don't want to get your hopes for the future up too high on a guy who wasn't even drafted. I also realize that Arizona was behind all season so they had to pass quite a bit. This kid did put up some solid passing numbers though and not all against crap teams. USC possibly had the best SS and FS in college and Johnson through for almost 500 yards against them. Now, I don't know how bad USC's corners were but still almost 500 yards with two of the best DB's in college on the field isn't bad. He obviously lacks something and I'm wondering how much coaching it would take to get him up to speed in say 3 or 4 years. Far fetched I know but it's something to talk about besides McGahee.

USC had a good SS and FS, but IMO, their strength was run support and they were actually pretty weak against the pass.

It's trew for 500 yards:) If this guy makes the team good for him but Travis Brown doesn't impress me at all. Go Bills!

USC didn't play Arizona last year...where are you getting those numbers from?

I did a google search yesterday using his name. I apologize but I have no idea what the link is. There were a million sites with his name. I swear it was USC but now you've got me questioning myself. Maybe I read it wrong or there was a typo. Either way he put up a lot of yards most of the season.

Maybe it was 2 seasons ago?

in 2001 he had 311 yards in a loss. But that was against a 6-6 USC team with very weak corners...

he didn't play in 2000.

I looked it up again. I must've been tired last night. He threw for 492 yards against Cal NOT USC. I apologize for the oversight and hope my credibility isn't blown!

ya know dozer, if you claim credibility and then show that picture of your dog you might have a chance. I still laugh every time I see it.

Oh contrare Ted. Bringing up anything other than Henry/WM is excellent!
