What does missing time have to do with return average?

I love Roscoe, but Fred Jackson has been great as a punt returner. We really haven't lost anything with Jackson back there.

Jackson is very good.

I usually do not like like the combine and those drills. But does anyone know Jackson and Parrish 40 time? I think in the PR department those numbers are actully usefull. I feel that parrish is more of a threat to take it to the house then jackson. But jacksons average would be higher.
