All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
Please use this thread to report any issues you come across

Needs to be said. Perhaps irrational and illogical at the time, but regardless, the BillsZone's own TacklingDummy called Losman right from the get go... If it was never clear the Bills are a different team with Edwards, it was made crystal against Arizona. Props to TD on this.
Just to clarify, Bledsoe was still NOT the answer, either... I'm sure TD agrees here, too!
Re: TacklingDummy was right all along about Losman.
Mularkey was not the answer. There's a lot of mistakes that were not answer.
I remember that one fateful day when Coach took me aside. I knew what was coming. "You don't have to tell me," I said. "I'm off the team, aren't I?" "Well," said Coach, "you never were really ON the team. You made that uniform you're wearing out of rags and towels, and your helmet is a toy space helmet. You show up at practice and then either steal the ball and make us chase you to get it back, or you try to tackle people at inappropriate times."
It was all true what he was saying. And yet, I thought something is brewing inside the head of this Coach.
He sees something in me, some kind of raw talent that he can mold. But that's when I felt the handcuffs go on.
Re: TacklingDummy was right all along about Losman.
you could make a thread about how many of us were wrong when we thought he'd turn the corner in 2007 and find his groove. and you could make yet another thread on the 8 people who want to believe he still is going to turn it around.
Re: TacklingDummy was right all along about Losman.
So it pays off to be a complete negative, irrational nuisance for four years? I guess we should all start harping and being obnoxious about something, maybe we can get credit in a couple years for being wizards of football knowledge too.

losman did not have a short field given to him once.
the D played as bad as possible last week.
i dont care who was at qb you allow that many points by the D and that many sustained drives a team will look bad.
what i dont get is there are teams in nfl like the ravens or the titans or vikings. that when u score 17 you win.
did JP play perfect no he didnt did JP play poorly no way. 15-21 for 220 i know 90 of it was from one play.
but lets get serious JP did what they asked in this offense.
we should be maybe more critical of the measly 26 pass attempts by our offense.
26? I didn't even think it was that high. It was like 7 attempts for JP going into the fourth. At that time he accounted for zero sacks, zero turnovers, and had a PERFECT passer rating. AND THE GAME WAS ALREADY OUT OF REACH.

I don't get your point. So the 4th quarter didn't count because we were behind? Why? We were down 9 in the 4th against Oakland with 6 minutes to play and won. How is that worse than being down 17 with 15 minutes to play? JP's fumble ended our chances. The lengths some of you lickers will go to defend JP are truly amazing. And who brags about a perfect QB rating based on 7 passes? When we needed him to step up and carry the team JP did what he usually does- he laid an egg.

I agree, he was right.... does that mean he will finally let the JP issue die?
