No word on where hes headed and nothing is confirmed.

This is from BB.com, can anyone confirm what Sirius said?

http://boards.buffalobills.com/showthread.php?t=86591

According to Sirius the Chiefs have a pending trade with an undisclosed team said to be either the Eagles, Giants or Bills. The compensation is thought to be a 3rd round pick. Trade will be announced in detail by Tuesdays deadline. It is a source very close to the team Sirius went on to report.

it's probably not us because I'm pretty sure we traded our 2009 3rd for Stroud.

Unless we can trade 2010 draft picks, but that wouldn't make sense for the Chiefs because that's so far in the future.

Maybe Fred Jackson and a 4th? lol

The compensation was speculation, what if its Fred Jackson and a 5th or something.

The question is did anyone hear it?

you can trade draft picks in the future. there also could be a multi trade where we acquired a third and then traded it.

If we used Fred Jackson in a trade to get this guy I'm done with the Bills.

I didn't know we were this close to the Super Bowl that we could trade our younger talent.

We traded one of are 2 2008 draft picks not our 2009

First off, I dont believe any of this yet.

However, trading a backup RB (dime a dozen as many say) for a pro-bowl TE on a team that needs an improvement at TE is a good move.

I like Fred as much as the next guy, but Tony helps to keep D's honest.

Fred Jackson is a versatile player that adds another dimension to the offense. Who's our #2 RB? Omon?

Gonzales is past his prime. Trading a pick that isn't on our team makes a hell of a lot more sense than trading a guy that has been a key to the 4-1 start we have.

We are supposed to be adding weapons. Not flipping them.

I don't think you can say how close are far someone is from the superbowl. You never know when you are going to get a shot at something like that and the season is young.

Gonzales is a good pick up if Jackson is not invloved. The Bills don't have enough weapons to take one of them off the roster for a trade.

Well, I didnt say I wanted Fred gone. Only that losing Fred if it meant getting Tony is an acceptable loss to me.

By the way Sirius reported that we had signed Bryant Johnson this summer as well. Shows how unreliable they are.

Hence the term rumor.

I will believe it when I see much more evidence.

Is this going to be another tease where the Bills almost get someone, only to have someone snatch it away?

If we do trade Jackson for Gonzalez than it must mean we are sold on Omon as well.
