Chiefs' TE Tony Gonzalez says: Make me a Giant:

I'm dropping my percentage of the Bills getting him down to 11%.

I imagine he said this before he heard Trent was at practice.

This is not a shock. He wanst a ring and the Giants are the closest to the Bills to get one.
It's that obvious.

if TG goes to the giants, i root for the giants to get to the superbowl and lose.

if TG comes to buffalo, i wish nothing but the best for TG and hopefully back to back superbowl wins.

His chances of being a Bill are zero.

Yes we all know the Daily News is reliable when it comes to this type of info. they are about one step up from The National Enquirer.

After what I saw last night, Buffalo is his best option to win. Huckleberry is back to his form, they are injured and do you really think this team would repeat anyway????? If it's a contender he wants, the Giants aint it.

You would think his addition to the Bills roster would increase their chances of reaching the post season. I would hope that's at least a thoguht he's entertaining.

My bets are on tony stays a chief...

Nothing Earth-shattering about what he said:

That question will be answered by 4p.m. Tuesday , when the [URL="http://www.nydailynews.com/topics/National+Football+League"]NFL (http://www.nydailynews.com/topics/Tony+Gonzalez)'s trading deadline arrives. Gonzalez, the future Hall of Fame tight end, has requested a trade from the Kansas City Chiefs (http://www.nydailynews.com/topics/Kansas+City+Chiefs). And not only has he asked to be traded to a contender, but he specifically mentioned the Giants.

So far, the Giants have only expressed a lukewarm interest, reportedly offering a sixth-round pick. According to various reports, the Chiefs are looking for either a second- or a third-rounder.

If it came down to it, I imagine he would rather come to Buffalo than stay in KC. Just because he prefers the Giants doesn't mean he will only go there.

But ah, just like the media always does, they want to make an eye-catching title like "Make Me A Giant," making it seem so dramatic.

Unless the Giants cave into KCs demands, he won't be a Giant. They aren't just going to give away the heart and soul of Chiefs football.

If we offer a 3rd and they offer a 4th, he's either staying in KC or flying to Buffalo. Which is the reason why we need to outbid NY if we are serious about making the Bills better with a relatively cheap, but substantial upgrade to a position that is seriously lacking on our offense.

That's some bad journalism.

Nothing earth-shattering. This was already mentioned in the other TG threads.
