According to rotoworld:

NFL Network's Adam Shefter reports the Bills traded DL John McCargo to the Colts in exchange for a fourth-round draft pick Tuesday.

The Bills took a lot of criticism when they traded up in the first round to draft McCargo back in 2006. It turns out the criticism was warranted as McCargo has been alternately injured, unimpressive, and overweight in Buffalo. He's still young, though, and he'll add much-needed size along the Colts' defensive line.

A 4th round pick for a 3rd year player who was a 4th stringer and was a healthy scratch week 1. I'll take that anyday.

Waste of a pick for us... But I wish him best at Indy. Maybe he'll not be lazy anymore, and actually live up to the 1st round pick we wasted on him.

I have to say I am pleased that we managed to get a 4th for him, but I think if given the opportunity to play consistently he will be pretty good for the Colts. I wish him the best of luck.

Yeah, he was a bust like half of the first round picks.

Overall, it looks like Marv presided over two above average drafts, with McCargo the notable bust.
