NFL Network's Adam Shefter reports the Bills traded DL John McCargo to the Colts in exchange for a fourth-round draft pick Tuesday.

The Bills took a lot of criticism when they traded up in the first round to draft McCargo back in 2006. It turns out the criticism was warranted as McCargo has been alternately injured, unimpressive, and overweight in Buffalo. He's still young, though, and he'll add much-needed size along the Colts' defensive line.

I have to say I am pleased that we managed to get a 4th for him, but I think if given the opportunity to play consistently he will be pretty good for the Colts. I wish him the best of luck.

Overall, it looks like Marv presided over two above average drafts, with McCargo the notable bust.

At camp this summer, he always seem winded and had to take a knee after drills. The coaches were riding him hard, always screaming his name.

After his foot injury last year, he didn't seem to ever get back into shape. Then shows up for Fisher camp extremely out of shape. The beginning of the end.

LOL! Have you watched the last two drafts? Everybody wants to trade up to the first round again for their pick that gives them woodies.

Having said that, getting Poz in the 1st wouldn't have been so bad if it had come to that last year. However, alot of people wanted some very small WR's that have done nothing with their teams up to this point.

I just hope the McCargo trade has a performance clause in it somewhere that benefits us.
