View Full Version : Been a Bills fan for a long time and

I have never been (not that i can remember) more excited for an upcoming (regular season) game. Here is why...


The Bills win, we take a 2 game lead in the AFC East:
-Now it can't hurt if Jets/ Patriots lose...

But We will have a tiebreaker over both Pats/Jets
-as they both lost to the Chargers in previous weeks.


It will be a signature win for Trent Edwards and co.
-Seeing as the Chargers went to the AFC championship last season and although they are 3-3, they are the best 3-3 team out there and their record says nothing about their talent level.

5-1.

It means we would need 5 out of the next 10 games to secure a playoff spot.

It sets the tone for a division run.
- gives us momentum

We get to see if we can make adjustments and bounce back!

Pats beat the Colts team that played last week is unlikely. :poop:

But there is a chance we lose sunday.

Lets not forget the Chargers get paid too. Really it all depends on which chargers team shows up.

1 game doesn't make a division winner. We have to win 4 of the 6 divisional games to have any tiebreakers against the Jests and Cheatriots and still win the majority of the conference games we have left.
