    What? Cassel named AFC offensive player of the week

    Cassel is the first Patriot to claim a player of the week award this year, and beat out Buffalo QB Trent Edwards, Baltimore QB Joe Flacco, Houston WR Andre Johnson, Tennessee RBs Chris Johnson and LenDale White, and Pittsburgh RB Mewelde Moore for the honor.

    White, Johnson, or Edwards should have one hands down. Who hasn't tourched the Broncos (besides Tampa)?

          And trent was 83% accuarate against a good team.

          Pats demolished the leagues worse pass defense. that lost Champ Bailey.

                  If it gives the Bills' pass rush more incentive to get after Matt Cassel and destroy the Patriots when they play each other, I'm OK with it.

                    Cassel wasnt doing much until Bailey leaves, but Cassel did what any good/smart QB would do and thats take advantage of it.

                    While the Patriots are still a decent team, IMO they are not as good as they played on MNF.
