A player was coming at him and hit his stick while he was trying to dump it in the opposite corner. Risky play by him and it was untimely.

I saw it on Sportscenter this morning. It was a pretty dumb play. Oh, well, we got the win. At least it was an out of conference game because that goal basically gave the Wild a free point in the standings.

i like how he tried to act like oh well then a few seconds later he starts cussing under the mask

but the good news is that he isnt nearly the liability handling the puck he was a couple years ago when i held my breath every time he left the crease

and by my count hes only let in one softie this whole season. well, two if you count that one
