Trying to see if anyone else had issues with Ocean Manor over the weekend. When I checked in, I was told there were no rooms available, even though I had booked two months in advance via their web site and had confirmation email and # in hand. He sent us to a ****hole hotel where I was charged more and they refused to compensate the difference. Asked for a manager and he refused. He pretended to call one on the phone but later said he was the manager....
Then the valet lost the keys to the truck and managed to get the drivers seat covered in some crap driving it 20 feet. Never again!
