    Trent’s limp

By Chris Brown - Posted October 29th, 2008
Trent Edwards was limping a bit favoring his right side. Edwards practiced fully on Wednesday, but Jauron admitted that Edwards has a minor ankle ailment.

“He came in on Monday morning and his foot was sore in the ankle area and he can’t remember when it happened or how it happened,” Jauron said. ”So he’s had treatment the last two days, but went through practice and I think he’ll be fine. It did not reduce his reps at practice at all.”

Edwards is expected to be fine for Sunday’s game.

He better be ready and 100% or we'll have McGee at qb.

    Injury update
By Chris Brown - Posted October 29th, 2008
Officially listed as not practicing were Brad Butler, Josh Reed and Aaron Schobel.

Limited on Wednesday was John Wendling who had a little ankle issue late in practice.

Jason Whittle and Ashton Youboty practiced fully on Wednesday as did Terrence McGee.

    _____
    Lynch excused from practice

Marshawn Lynch was excused from practice today by head coach Dick Jauron for personal reasons.

Jauron said that Lynch would be back at practice Thursday and his absence is in no way injury-related.

    ________
    Reed in walking boot

The odds are that Josh Reed won’t be running routes and blocking linebackers and safeties this Sunday. He had his right foot in an immobilizer boot as he watched practice today.

Head coach Dick Jauron said the following on Reed’s status.

“He’s a guy that will look at more closely as we move through the week and get closer to game time.”

    ____

Great. Reed can compare who's boot looks nicer with Aaron.

Fred Jackson could replace him but he's already replacing Lynch & Josh Reed.

that scramble would've been our longest run of the day. Our running game sucks.
