HA! 8-8 would be an improvement over the past 2 years. don't set your sights too high.

It's kind of hard to argue with the facts and they state Dickey isn't much better then a 7-9 or 8-8 coach.

Given the coaching staff and the schemes they employ the only shot the Bills have of being really good is by drafting a big time game changer. They really need a playmaker on defense.

If Bills were 8-8 again. OH NOT AGAIN.. Buffalo BIlls need find good draft next year. and trade JP and find aother good backup QB. Buffalo Bills must find outstanding Def draft next year. What esle you need for draft next year.

It doesn't have to be this way. I think if we change a few things with the players we have. For example:

Tell Lynch he doesn't need to be in beast-mode every single play. Its OK to lower his shoulder and get a couple of extra yards that way. He doesn't need to try to break every play for the long one. this isn't college ball any more. You will score eventually just move the ball down the field instead of losing yards trying to hit the home run.

Also tell the DB's its OK to play press or bump & run coverage once in a while. They Dont need to give a ten yard cushion to every WR in the world.

F'n wrap up the player you are trying to tackle.

Those are my three easy keys to right the ship.
