Goose won the face-off, got it back to Spacek, Spacek to Sekera who one-timed and a perfect deflection by Kaleta for Sabres second goal. THIS KID CAN DO IT ALL!!!

could you imagine if the sabres somehow got patrick kane?

if lw is obsessed with the local mediocrity (and above average instigator) that is kaleta just imagine how much of a hard-on he'd get for a local with superstar talent.

Exactly. However, he did have plenty of ice time, drew 2 penalties, dove to block a shot, and had the insurance goal. He almost tipped in a goal from Pialle too. In other words - he ****ing played hockey! Kaleta probably played the best game of his career last night, and barely had a hit.

As long as he stays clean, and doesn't pull any stupid bull**** like Avery or Tootoo, I'm happy. Especially as Roby(might have been Ray?) put it Saturday night - "He's just learning how to play hockey."

Seriously, though, Kaleta's accomplishments on the ice are even greater when you consider how hard it must be to play hockey with some fanboy's lips firmly planted on your ass at all times.
