May 2, 2003 -- He will not be hard to find. He will be wearing No. 63, the number he wore at Kentucky. All eyes will be on him. All media will be around him.
The Dewayne Robertson Era begins today when the Jets begin a three-day minicamp for rookies and selected veterans, including Chad Pennington and Vinny Testaverde.

Jets GM Terry Bradway, you may recall, traded the 13th and 22nd picks to the Bears in last Saturday's NFL Draft and selected Robertson, a 6-11/2, 320-pound defensive tackle, with the fourth pick. So all the kid has to do is be the Next Warren Sapp, or the Next Joe Klecko, and everyone will be happy.

Robertson was originally given No. 97, but worked out a deal with reserve guard J.P. Machado to secure his college number. Machado will now be wearing No. 77, which fell vacant when Randy Thomas precipitated a stunning free-agent exile to the Redskins that included Laveranues Coles, Chad Morton and John Hall.
