If the playoffs were to start today...we would be in...we must be doing SOMETHING right.

If the playoffs were to start today...we would be in...we must be doing SOMETHING right.yeah, but they don't

yeah, but they don't

exactly and after week 2 about 20 teams could have "been in the playoffs".....

i am just glad that so far, there is A LOT of parity in both the AFC and NFC this year..... outside of say, tenn. and NY giants.

If the playoffs were to start today...we would be in...we must be doing SOMETHING right.

plus according to the NFL.com the standings would be as such..

1. tennessee 7-0
2. pittsburgh 6-2
3. NY jets 5-3
4. denver 4-4

wildcards
5. baltimore ravens 5-3
6. ne patriots 5-3

buffalo albeit tied with baltimore, nyj, ne patriots is out because of the following criteria

ny jets 2-1 division
ne patriots 1-1 division
buffalo 0-2 division

in terms of the tie with baltimore they are 5-3 in the afc
the bills are only at 3-2 in the afc because of games against NFC opponents

power rankings are kneejerk reactions, but in a league with only 16 regular season games, to say none of them matter is hogwash unless your team has something clinched, or no snowballs chance in hell of doing anything.

I don't know who told you that...but we blew our playoff chances as evidenced by the fact that we would not be in.
