Let's forget about the wins and losses when discussing this coaching staff. Let's break it down to the players. Another way to measure a coach's effectiveness is to see where he has improved a player(s) play on the field. I'm trying to think of a player that has actually improved since Jauron has been here and I can't think of one. I'm being serious! Name me one player that has progressed and not regressed under this coaching staff? I believe this is a much more telling measurement of the coaching staff then anything else.
