Bills safety Donte Whitner was working with the first team at the start of practice Wednesday. He might be a bit limited. We'll see what the team says after practice. Whitner has missed the past two games due to a separated shoulder. Guard Brad Butler, out the last three games with a sprained knee, also was back in action today

Originally posted by Mikey82Butler is definitely missed. I hope he's ready for Monday. I don't care what anyone says, he's very underrated and did a very nice job protecting Trent.
But hes STILL a much better option that Whittle or Chambers.

Re: Whitner practicing
Honestly, from what I've seen, Center has been more of a problem than LG. Chambers did give a clean sack once but, Duke CONSTANTLY was shoved into the backfield even when he wasn't up on Wilfork.

Re: Whitner practicing
Did you see the Jets game when Jenkins through Whittle around like a rag doll before drilling Edwards? Or the Fins game when Peters pushed Porter inside and Dockery took a slap at him like a girl?
Don’t get me wrong.. both our centers are very weak too, but so are the guards, especially the right guard backups.

The guy has 2 interceptions, 1 forced fumble, 1 sack in 3 years. Sorry but that is pathetic.
