    Thursday Practice Update via Chris Brown

    Hardy practicing

    James Hardy is back practicing after missing Wednesday’s workout.
    Donte Whitner is also practicing in today’s pads practice and is getting first team reps.
    Not participating are Josh Reed, Aaron Schobel and Robert Royal.

    If Robert Royal doesn't play, I am not going to the game. They cannot win without him.

      Someone reading over me at work saw that and said "I hope Robert Royal has a heart attack."

          Everytime they pass him the ball I hold my breath, and am always surprised when he doesn't drop it.

              Fine is a better blocker, and has better hands. I'm not sure why Royal is even still starting, unless it's a matter of leadership? I don't know. I hope Fine gets his shot sooner than later. He looked good vs the Jets, then I don't remember seeing him on the field vs NE.

                  I'm actually relieved when he drops the ball because at least it isn't a turnover. I think he has more than worn out his welcome in Buffalo.

                    Bills injury update

                    TE Robert Royal was the only change to Buffalo’s injury report. He was added after turning an ankle in practice Wednesday and did not participate Thursday.
                    RG Brad Butler participated fully for a second straight day and did so in pads, so as long as the knee feels good Friday, he’s likely to start Monday night.
                    “We’ll see how he tolerates it tomorrow, but he got through it,” said Dick Jauron.
                    WR James Hardy was back at practice, but participated on just a limited basis, as did Donte Whitner. We’ll have more details on Whitner’s situation on the home page.
                    Aaron Schobel and Josh Reed did not practice.

                            Schouman and Fine barely ever get to go downfield but when they do it seems they make some nice graps. It's time to keep Royal in more and let these guys get downfield.

                              Fine & Schouman (barely on the field)

                              9 rec 116 yards 12.8 avg. 1 TD

                              compared to Royal

                              25 rec 257 yards 10.3 avg 1 TD 2 Lost Fumbles
