He'll be inducted at halftime of the UM/VT game. ESPN commentator Chris Fowler asked him who his favorite receiver was, and he totally blew past his UM days, and said Andre Reed. Honest answer, and he stays true to his Bills. What a classy guy. :peace: I know it's not too Bills related as far as the current team, I just thought you guys would appreciate it. :up:

Jim Kelly never played for the University of Miami. He was created before the 1983 NFL draft in a joint science experiment between the Houston Gamblers and the Buffalo Bills that involved the DNA of Joe Namath and Knute Rockne's ashes.

At least that's how it happened in my mind....

I didn't watch a lot of the game but when I heard Kelly's voice I was glued to the TV. Great interview. I love how he brought up the Rich Stadium South reference :rofl:

I'm moderately surprised he mentioned Reed, as thought when saw this thread it was going to turn out he mentioned Ricky Sanders who had more success with in the USFL and remember there was speculation he was trying to get him to come here when Andre's status with the team was in limbo.
