All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
There is work to be done and things to be learned. We are going to try to get the old look back - or something close to it. We also know there are bugs. A thread will be started to report bugs and then we can pass those onto the host.
Thank you for all the patience and support with this - hopefully this will greatly reduce the crashes and other site issues we have had lately.
Please use this thread to report any issues you come across

A big concern of mine going into the MNF game is the fact that we have very little film to study on Brady Quinn....i'm afraid we won't be prepared to defend against him.
On the positive side, he's a rookie and i hope he'll make rookie mistakes.
Depends on whom the pro's and con's are for.. I think Quinn is the real deal, maybe not on the same level as a Matt Ryan, Vince Young or Roethlisberger but definately has the talent to make a pro bowl appearance. Even so, we should be able to force Quinn into mistakes.
The DB's should play 8 yards off and dare him to throw. (sarcasm)
Brady Quinn's biggest criticism should be accuracy.. Sometimes he is spot on, even while on the run but other times it's just spuradic. Still, all the tools are there, I like him as an NFL QB.
You gotta hit him and rattle him. Thats the one thing he was never good with at Notre Dame, he sucked when he was under pressure constantly. Unfortunately we suck at applying pressure so there you go.
COMING SOON...

I think the whole film on a player argument is a cope out for teams. They have all of last game to figure him out. He is a rookie, i doubt he is going to come out and play totally different than he did a week before.
Just cover the deep throws. If I remember right, he's more of a long passer than a dink & dunker. But as BF said, his accuracy is in question.
He has the long ball in this game but from what we saw in his first start, he liked to dink and dunk to the TE ALOT. Not exactly a surprise for an inexperience QB.
Given how Anderson was playing, I think this is a plus for Cleveland and a negative for us.
While Quinn has only started one game, he's also had a year and a half on the bench in Cleveland and played in a pro style system at Notre Dame.
He's a rookie and probably will make some mistakes- I don't see him lighting us up like Tom Brady usually does. But he certainly won't be a pushover by any means.
I hope we use that "creep" D and try to confuse him as far as where the pressure's coming from. That's our best shot.
I hate him. DA played a game that wasn't much different the week before he got benched. Don't think he's an upgrade and never cared for him. Always buckled under against top college talent and beat up weak college teams.
Hopefully he can show something worthwhile as a pro seeing Cleveland went to him.
I hope he IS on the same level as Young, because without Young's speed, he is about as accurate as me. And thats more of an insult to me than it is to him.
Keep our DB's 10 yds off of the LOS, get no pressure up front from the D line, combine that with no push from the OLine and no running game and Brady Quinn won't know WTF happened to him!
