We play a team tonight at home and in front of a national audience.. A team that is 3-6, reeling, infighting and with a QB that’s making the second start of his career. There is no reason, and no excuses to not smack them in the mouth all night.

Then the following two weeks, we play a pair of teams that are 1-9 (KC) and 2-8 (SF) respectively. If we’re a legit team, there is no excuses- at all- to not beat both of them.

That would put us at 8-4 going into the final month of the season, with three of our final four games being in the division, only one of which on the road.

We still control what happens this season. Despite our three game skid that’s seen many jump off- the bottom line is we have an opportunity to make this a memorable season. Starting tonight, it’s time to see how good this team is, and how much heart they really have.

No excuses. These next three games are not only must wins—they are games that a good football team simply goes out and wins.

Tonight is an absolute must win. Lose at home, on Monday night, against a team that is falling apart, and it's going to be really tough to recover our confidence.

On the other hand, tonight is a good opportunity to put the breaks on our skid and get the mojo back with a solid performance. It can happen.

I agree with everything except the last line. These are games that mediocre football teams win. Throughout Jauron's tenure, the Bills have never had a problem beating the patsies on our schedule. It's the teams that are middle-of-the-pack or better that consistently give us problems. Winning these games and getting to 8-4 would put us in great shape for december, but they're not real tests. It's the same stuff that got us to 5-4: beating easy teams and losing to decent teams. Even if we win the next 3, the next real test is the rematch with Miami.

i was unusually down after the NE loss, but i think they win this one. if they win this game they at least stay in the race and avoid meltdown. and if they win the next 3, then who knows how the last 4 go.

your right simply...... no way can we lose any of these 3 games. this is where we take advantage of our schedule and get 3 solid wins before we play denver, NYJ, or NE. i really think we are going to beat miami when we see them again, i think our harest 3 left our the obvious as i stated. no reason 10-6 or 11-5 cant happen still. we have to beat teams we are supposed to beat though, that is a part of being a good football team, you beat who you are supposed to beat not lose by 9 on fluke plays :)
