Re: Snow favors Cleveland.
1. We can't run the ball
2. Cleveland dealt with it much better than we did last year
3. With a rookie QB, they're going to be relying more on short passes and running.
I agree- it favors Cleveland.

Re: Snow favors Cleveland.
I think the opposite. Cleveland WR's having been dropping balls and we'll be somewhat conservative ourselves. It might actually help our D. We'll see. If it's windy, that changes the dynamic more than anything, since the temp will reach the 20's.Anonymity is an abused privilege, abused most by people who mistake vitriol for wisdom and cynicism for wit

Re: Snow favors Cleveland.
it's hard to tell really...what was said about about the run game definately true. But maybe TE will have something to prove, along with the whole team, after the game last year and his taking a beating in the media about his play in bad weather. Also, maybe BQ will be blown over by the wind.

Re: Snow favors Cleveland.
this is one of the things that annoys me with the 2008 8 bills. they need these perfect conditions to be competititive. Not even dominant, just barely winnable. Annoying.
Playing in Buffalo with a very physical game, you need to be able to adapt to any condition. if your QB isn't playing well, youneed to get the ground game going. if you need to hit long plays to get the running game going, you need to do that.
This bills team sounds like it can't adapt.
If they show us that they are able to adapt over the course of these 3 weeks, then there is hope. if they are still squeaking by against 3 really bad teams, there is no statistical reason to hold out hope. but since we are fans, we'll all stick it out til the bitter end as usual.

With our D, Lewis once again scares me in the 4th Q, especially if Quinn sustains drives all game with short routes against our soft coverages.

We can't run or stop the run (remember the 9 minute drive at the end of the last game?). It's a disadvantage for Buffalo.
