I wish Ralph our Russ would grow some balls and fire this mediocore HC he takes no chances never has in his entire career! There is a reason he is sub .500 coach! 3 runs at the end of that game was chicken $%@!, Clevland knew we were going to run and settle for a feild goal attempt that's why they had there entire team in the box! Not even a pass attempt to Evans once agian chicken @#$! no passes down feild, who cares if he threw 3 picks early did they lead to any points? You have to trust your QB otherwise just run that damn wildcat!!!! Listen this team is good it is just coached poorley this is my offical thread to FIRE DJ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jauron isn't the problem, he's merely a symptom.

This team needs new ownership.

Yes and no. Jauron is definitely a problem. However, new ownership would do this franchise good.

New ownership wouldn't be able to afford to keep the team in Buffalo...

Wilson's decision making is becoming increasing poor, and his purse-strings more miserly, as he grows ever more aged. Many of his decisions in the last decade seem to be focused on bequeathing extra money to his daughters rather than building a championship caliber team.

Jauron was one of his many "cheap" decisions - he just didn't want to pony up the extra nickels for a top-shelf coach. Jauron had a questionable record as a head coach when he was hired nearly 3 years ago, and many sports pundits questioned the wisdom of hiring him

And wasn't Mularkey the cheapest option available when he was hired?

The thing is - there's no salary cap for coaches or management - so there's no reason to be taking the cheap route all the time with the coaching staff. Wilson makes enormous profits via his ownership of this team - despite the fact he cries poverty all the time. He could afford to hire better staff - he just won't do it - he's saving that money for his daughters.

New ownership may move the team....Just a thought.

His daugters will have a NICE payday once they sell the team.

Wilson has always taken the cheap option with coach's. Until he's out of the picture it will be that way.

Then so be it.

What fun is this?

Watching a 90 year old miser skimp on the team?

Put us out of our misery.
