Possibility Russ Brandon gets the axe?

These 5 guys should lose their jobs before Russ Brandon

    1) John Guy
    2) Dick Jauron
    3) Perry Fewell
    5) Turk Schonert
    5) Tom Modrak

Here to point out the obvious....

      Personnel is fine.

      Coaching is not.

The Bills need a proper football GM. Brandon doesn't need to go, but he needs someone to share the load.

The coaching staff should be put up against a wall and shot.

one damning thing against brandon is that if it is true that the team signed jauron with no strings attached for another two-three years at the height of his goodness and then got nothing in return, you know ralph isn't going to be happy about that.

I think ralph knows if this season ends up as disasterous as it seems, he has to make a coaching change for PR sake. Especially if the team ends up worse than last year. If that happens, he's not going to give brandon a pass.

I think the bills are close to being good if you can imagine. They are having games with 3-5 turnovers each week and are still in it till the very end. So you wonder if better coaching gets them to turn the corner. But on the other hand you have the fact that they don't have very good linemen on either side of the ball. And our scouting department is relatively unchanged for the past 10-15 years.

So who knows what you need to do, but you got to do something.

I'd get rid of John Guy in a heartbeat. He's in charge of the FAs and has been for years and done a horrible job.

Call me crazy, but I don't have a problem with Modrak.. I actually wish he'd take over the pro-personnel/free agency decisions along with the draft.

                  Mitchell, Stroud were great moves

I like Modrak. You can have the rest.
