The defense's meltdown is getting lost in all this

    Edwards was terrible...true.

Dick Jauron makes Rich Kotite look like Vince Lombardi...definitely.

You have to admit, though, that that defense was just absolutely brutal in the fourth quarter.

As much as the defense had to be on the field, it's not surprising they were sucking wind near the end...

Putting this on the defense is ridiculous.

Maybe they were still tired from saving TE's a$$ from the first quarter.

they can only do so much when the O keeps giving the ball back to the browns.

          This is partly true.

How many times has our defense HAD to have a stop and then let everyone down over the past few years, though? They have a tendency to crack at the worst possible time. I personally blame Perry Fewell's "Let's Give Them Any Catch Under 20 Yards" coverage scheme.

The fact that the bills were in the game at all is a credit to the defense.

get rid of perry Ferwell.... his D's hav e never been much of anything the entire time he has been here. Always giving up ill timed big plays and playing a constant bend don't break scheme that any half way decent O and OC can exploit.
