      its sadly too early to tell because he made personel decisions for players. we'll have a definitive answer 3 years from now when we can look at his drafts and fa and coaching pick all together. but at this point, it doesnt look good for the legacy

        I'd say yes. Marv didn't turn this thing around, but blame Ralph. Why a good head coach would make a good GM is beyond me.

            Marv's legacy will always be about his coaching this team not as GM but sadly it appears that Parcells and Belechek are better at both then Levy.
