BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - News 4 has learned a former member of the Buffalo Bills and a current Bills player may have been involved in a serious fight at a Downtown Buffalo bar.

Sources tell News 4, an Iraq war veteran was allegedly assaulted by the former player at Liars early Friday morning.

The sources say the current player was present at the time of the fight, but is only believed to have witnessed it.

A Buffalo Police spokesman tells News 4 that people are being questioned at this time.

This is a ****ty situation I was caught up in the same thing 2 weeks before I moved to TAMPA....DOWNTOWN CHIPPEWA at 3:00 AM, Was with all my buddies and a guy started and next thing I know I was the one in trouble.....I actually got hit by an off duty cop and it was a mess........CHIPPEWA is a bad place late on a FRI or SAT nite people just want to start fights......Needless to say the off duty cop should have kept his mouth shut...
