What needs to happen for the Bills to get out of this 9yr Drought?

Everyone has there own opinion on what the Bills need to do to get into the playoffs for the first time in going on 9yrs now here are some of my veiws.....

Starting Talent is needed at the following positions:
DE, TE, C, FB, OLB, FS, WR

Depth is needed at the Following Positions
Interior Offensive Line, DT, DE, OLB, TE, FB,

    Front office ???
Russ Brandon so far not so good
Tom Modrak how many 1st round bust and poor drafts do we have to suffer thru
Ron Guy how many wrong FA do we need to over pay?

    Coaching Staff
Dick jaroun- How much outcoaching do we need to witness?
    Roster and depth mismanagement?
    Lack of passion
    cloack management
    Conservativness

    Perry Fewell
How many time consuming drives do we have to give up?
How little pressure do we need to have on the QB?
How many big 1st downs are we gonna give up

    Sean Kugler
How poor does the oline need to play?
    TO many costly penalties?
    Not enough tanasity

    AVP
Struggled to develop 2 QBs now

    Defensive assistants
Failed to develop any talent so far from the drafts
    at LBer and Dline

Please give insight on what u think we need to do!!

We play like a bunch of pussies. Maybe it's time to find some of those undesirables that end up on championship rosters.

Where is the passion on this team. And I'm talking about the ridiculous celebration by Kelsay after his first sack in 11 games.

It might help if the NFL went to NHL qualifying standards, where half the conference gets in.

As has been said....new GM...the rest will follow, including the FIRING of the lousy excuse of a head coach. He had ONE WINNING YEAR in Chicago SEVEN YEARS AGO. How much more evidence does Ralph need?

You're correct...get a real GM and get a real HC and watch this team succeed.

New owner. Everything evolves from there.

For all the education and practice each of us undergoes, the achievment of mastery is ultimately the outcome of a personal quest for understanding.

A owner who would rather save money for his family when he dies then spend money and put a winning product on the field. Thats who does that.

You guys should consider blowing it up. Marv Levy was a mediocre GM, and Modrak is even worse. Jauron is a career loser, I can't believe some of you tried convincing me otherwise. Then you should start by getting talent along the D-Line. Nobody there is scary. Don't even try to tell me about injury prone Stroud. You have no pass rush. You also don't keep your talent, e.g. Nate Clements. Your O-line is funny too. Remember when Dockery was just a Pro Bowl waiting to happen. I'm still waiting. The only player worth a damn was Jason Peters, and you guys let him get fat. Way to go.
