You remember his News Conference the day he became Head Coach.
Jerry Sullivan asked him "What will it take to be successful in Buffalo?"
Dicks answer...
"You need to have the best front office, best coaches, best scouts, the best trainers ,and the best players, every part of the organization must be first class to be successful."
I think the answer is obvious.......he forgot to say the best ownership. (lol)
He should have called a time out to give the question more thought
