I thought he was a great interview, and he always seemed like he knew how to evaluate talent. I wonder why the bills are letting him go.

Hey- we don't know what the reasoning behind all this is.

Maybe Adams has something brewing- Or TD has something brewing.

Adams is close to 70. He won't be around forever. The Bills OTOH have Tom Modrak who is young and just as talented, so this is probably a move to keep him long-term.

He's old. It's his time to retire.

I'm sure his age has something to do with it. He can't do it forever. Dwight probably plans on retiring.

For a while now I've thought the Bills have been setting themselves up for some rough years of scouting ... they've had the same staff for ages it seems, and while its a successful staff, they're all getting old and need to start bringing in some younger guys to learn from them. Maybe this is the start of bringing in younger guys - i hope its not the start of all the older guys retiring at once though.

I'll miss Dwight though he was always a good guy, and has helped the Bills alot in the past, I wish him well.
